Full body massage: relax from head to toe
Whether you have a physical pain or feel the need to take a break from the daily stress, I offer you through my massage the possibility to relax and reconnect with yourself, leaving you with a sensation of lightness, freer movements and a refreshed mind by the end of it.
I am trained in different types of massages, such as: Swedish, Lomi-Lomi, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Sport and Myo fascial Massages.
All massages include oil and essential oils upon preferences.
The massages I propose are wellness massages to help you relax. They are neither for medical nor for erotic purpose.

Full body massage (45-60-75-90 minutes)
During the full body massage, I help you relax from the daily stress, to feel better in your own body and get more flexibility in your movements.
Before the massage starts, I like to take the time to ask you how you feel and what your individual needs are for your session.
Based on this, I will focus on the whole body or on a more specific area. I will use different techniques and pressure depending on your preferences to release muscle tensions as I go.
Balinese head massage (60 minutes)
During the balinese head massage Pijat Kepala, the skull, the back, the arms and the hands are being massaged.
This massage helps you to switch off from the outside world and find inner calm. Furthermore, it stimulates the microcirculation. The hair will be healthy, the neck and the face relax.
I use a creme on the hair so the touch is agreeable and the hair is nourished. This massage can help you particularly if you suffer from stress and insomnia/sleeping disorders.
